If however, you are not entirely satisfied with any products that have not been engraved or customised, you can return them within 7 working days, starting from the day you have received the goods for a refund or credit.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are intact in original packaging and boxes. The cost of returning the goods lies with the customer. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and return via a reputable courier or An Post.
Ensuring the goods are correctly packaged prevents damage in transit.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand).
If your item has been engraved or customised specifically for you, your right to return items does not apply, unless the mistake was on our part, and the trophy or medal has been incorrectly engraved.
We are not liable for any loss of profit, inconvenience or disappointment in relation to any problems with the goods.
If goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged when delivered, we will meet the cost of the return.
